2025 is behind us, and what a year it was!

For all that it doled out struggle, pain, frustration, and fear like a grandmother handing out cookies, one thing I will never forget – February 18th of 2025 was the publishing date of my debut novel, Attaining the Realms. A book that was nearly 20 years in the writing, and the project that opened up a world I never thought I’d have access to, and broke through the floodgates, releasing a wave of ideas for stories so fast that I’ve actually started a spreadsheet just to keep track of them all!

2026 is proving to be a tough one so far, already, in consideration of all that’s happening in the world, but I wanted to share some exciting things I’m looking forward to, in the hopes that maybe you’ll celebrate them with me.

First – Book 2 is making great strides towards a publish date. I’ve started work on the 3rd draft, and once it’s ready, I will be sending it out to Beta readers. (speaking of, if you would like to be a beta reader for Book 2, Please comment, and I’ll happily send you a link to the form!). I am so excited to see what the teens get up to, and to share the story with all of you.

Second – I am working on a book of short stories! This will be available in e-book only, and is free to those who subscribe to the news letter, so keep an eye out in your inboxes for a link to download it once it’s ready.

Third – I will be rolling out more marketing and social activity, including but not limited to TikTok lives on Friday afternoons, and weekly Indie Author Boosts posted to TT, Instagram, and FB.
